I'm back into cycling again :o)
I've started spinning at the gym now the weather is getting worse but I'm also going out on the bike too. I did 65 miles with the club on Sunday and really enjoyed it even though I've hardly been on the bike for about 2 months. It will soon be time to get the dreaded turbo out and start doing some building up for next season.
I'm also running but have cut back to no more than 3 times a week and I feel much better, I will be doing all my training by HR again starting next month. Having done so well at improving my times this year it will be interesting to see how next year goes.
Tri training weekend on the 26th with trilife so something to look forward to.....
