5 miles easy yesterday followed by 7 today with 8 x 1 min fast, 1 min slow in the middle. My legs are feeling the miles now but hopefully my rest day tomorrow will leave me enough to get a good time on Saturday. 24 miles so far this week with about 15 to go depending on how I feel. My shoulder has been really good this week so I might try a short swim next week to see how it is.
Looking forward to getting down the pool again for some technique stuff and it will be good to get out on the bike this Sunday as I haven't been on it since the worlds. All looking good at the moment, would be nice to lose a couple of kg's in weight somewhere along the line to get back to post Ironman weight. My speed is slowly coming back, fingers crossed that the track work I'll be starting next month will improve it further.
