Another week has passed and the training is going great :o)
Since last week I've done the following:
Fri Swim
Sat Bike with ILT and gearing
Sun Run & BikeMon Swim
Tues Bike & Run
Wed Swim, Spin class & another Spin class (it was really wet outside)
Thurs Swim and a run later
Looking forward to my day off tomorrow as I can feel my body needs the break but its going well at the moment. I also have to try and get my weight down from the Christmas festivities, its currently 74kg and I will be able to get down to 72kg fairly quick as that seems to be where I hang out. I really want to get to around 70kg this year though so I'm concentrating on my diet and quantities etc.
Hopefully I will be doing a Stroke Technique Clinic soon too, hopefully my freestyle will improve that little bit more, its a birthday present from my kids :o)
